At Curated Canvas, every order is custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, shipping timelines differ slightly from mass-produced items.


Order Processing Time

All Curated Canvas products are made to order.

Once your images are received and your order is placed, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. This includes image enhancement, design preparation, printing, and framing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

After processing, orders typically ship within:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: Shipping times vary by destination and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders are usually received by the customer 10 - 14 days after the initial order is received.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate as posted for your order.

Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Curated Canvas is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at curatedcanvas@curatedcanvasprints.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you promptly.
